INTRODUCTION

西湖大学先进神经芯片中心致力于将生物电子学应用于神经科学相关研究,开展融合微纳电子系统级芯片、生物医学工程与脑科学的交叉学科研究。我们构建用于脑疾病诊治,以及运动、语言和视觉功能恢复的闭环神经调控与脑机接口芯片;研发用于检测病原体、诊断脑部疾病的生物传感器以及用于药物筛选和个体化医疗的类器官芯片技术;运用多模态EEG-fNIRS脑成像结合神经调控技术提升脑疾病检测准确率与治疗效果。先进神经芯片中心于 2019年1月由Mohamad Sawan(默罕默德·萨万)教授创立。

Mohamad Sawan是西湖大学工学院讲席教授、智能医疗设备领域的国际专家。他在植入式和可穿戴式生物医学设备和微系统,特别是在神经退行性疾病应用方面做出了重大贡献。他是加拿大皇家学会院士、加拿大工程院院士、加拿大工程研究院院士、亚太人工智能学会院士、电气与电子工程师学会院士。

CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence was founded in January 2019 by Chair Professor Mohamad Sawan. We are focusing on applying bioelectronics to neurosci-ence-related research and conducting interdisciplinary studies that integrate micro- and nano-electronic system-on-chips, biomedical engineering, and brain science. We are introducing closed-loop neuromodulation and brain-computer interface chips for diag-nosing and treating brain diseases, as well as aiding in the recovery of motor, language, and visual functions. Additionally, we are working on biosensors for detecting pathogens and diagnosing brain diseases, along with organoid chips for drug screening and personalized medicine. We are also using multimodal EEG-fNIRS brain imaging in combination with neuromodulation to earlier detect, and to enhance the accuracy of detecting brain diseases and the effectiveness of treatment.

Mohamad Sawan, Chair Professor at the School of Engineering, Westlake University, and an internationally renowned scientist in the field of smart medical devices. He has made significant contributions to implantable and wearable medical devices based on smart microsystems, particularly in the application of neurodegenerative diseases. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Sciences of Canada (FRSC), Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (FCAE), Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (FEIC), Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (FAAIA), Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (FIEEE).

岗位职责:

1、设计、制备、验证、优化可穿戴和可植入式电极;

2、实验范式的设计与神经信号及其他生理信号的采集;

3、神经信号解编码、脑机接口控制及反馈研究;

4、具备闭环系统在脑神经退行性疾病与视觉恢复等实践经验者优先考虑;

Job descriptions:

1. Design, implement, characterize and optimize the wearable and implantable electrodes;

2. Design of protocols and the recording of neural and other physiological signals;

3. Encode and decode the neural signals, control the brain machine interface and implement the closed-loop system;

4. Those with experiences in closed-loop system applied on neurodegenerative diseases and vision recovery are preferred;

招聘岗位:生物传感器方向博士后(1名)

岗位职责:

1、熟悉光学或电化学生物传感器、微纳光子学器件(如光子晶体、光波导等)、病原微生物检测(如ELISA、胶体金、核酸法等)技术或者针对诊断性药物与生物标志物的可穿戴式传感器;

2、可独立进行生物传感检测相关的项目方案设计(实验设计、实施、数据处理与分析);

3、对体外诊断技术及其环境和健康相关的检测具有浓厚的兴趣;或者对提高精准医学的可穿戴式传感检测具有浓厚的兴趣;

4、具备生物传感器相关科研经验者优先考虑;

Job descriptions:

1. Familiar with optical or electrochemical biosensors, micro-/nano- photonics devices (such as photonic crystals, optical waveguides, etc.), detection of pathogenic microorganism (such as ELISA, colloidal gold, nucleic acid method, etc.), or wearable biosensors for therapeutic drugs and biomarkers;

2. Can independently design the project scheme related to biosensor detection (experimental design, implementation, data processing and analysis);

3. Have a strong interest in in vitro diagnostic technology for environmental & health-related detection applications, or strong interest in wearable sensors for improving precision medicine;

4. Candidates with scientific research experience in biosensor is preferred;

岗位职责:

1、开展脑电、近红外光谱或光声成像等脑神经成像技术相关课题;

任职条件:

1、熟悉微流控、微纳加工、微电极列阵、3D生物打印、类器官培养、单细胞分析、神经信号处理与分析等技术;

2、可独立开展器官芯片相关的项目方案设计;

3、对神经性疾病的病理与大脑功能研究具有浓厚的兴趣;

4、在相关领域至少发表1-2篇高质量SCI论文;

Job Rquirements:

1. Familiar with techniques on microfluidic, micro-/nano-fabrication, microelectrode arrays, 3D bioprinting, organoid culture, single cell analysis and neural signals recording and data analysis;

2. Able to carry out research projects on organ-on-chips;

3. Have strong interest in the pathology of neural diseases and the brain functions;

4. Have published at least 1-2 SCI journal papers in related fields;

对获得中国博士后科学基金资助和浙江省博士后择优项目资助的,杭州市给予1:1配套资助。对出站留杭(来杭)工作的博士后,杭州市给予每人40万元补助。

ENGINEER RECRUITMENT

招聘岗位:硬件电子工程师

Recruitment position: Hardware Electronics Engineer

任职要求:

1、理工科学士学位,硕士学位优先;

2. 3年以上电子系统设计和新产品开发经验;

3. 熟悉电子电路设计,包括电源、模拟和数字元器件和应用;

4. 熟悉嵌入式系统设计,包括MCU/MPU/SoC架构、外设及总线接口;

5. 会使用EDA软件进行原理图PCB设计;

6. 会使用测试仪器进行电路测量和调试;

7. 能够阅读电子器件相关英文资料,具有良好的沟通和表达能力。

Skill requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in science and engineering, Master's degree preferred;

2. 3 years of experience in electronic system design and new product development;

3. Familiar with electronic circuit design, including power supply, analogue and digital components and applications;
