Introduction

The Keysight E5071C ENA Vector Network Analyzer is a versatile RF network analysis instrument with a wide frequency range of 9 kHz to 20 GHz. Keysight E5071C ENA analyzers, formerly known as Agilent E5071C ENA analyzers, are designed to perform signal analysis on wireless communication, automotive, semiconductor and medical industry equipment used for both manufacturing and R&D applications. The Keysight E5071C improves accuracy, yield and margins with its wide dynamic range, quick measurement speed and excellent temperature stability. Options are available for time domain analysis, 2- or 4-port test set configurations with varying frequency ranges, and many more system customizations.
