Md Belal Bin Heyat received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation (EI) and the M.Tech degree in Electronics Circuit and System (ECS) from Integral University, Lucknow, UP, India, in 2014 and 2016, respectively. He completed a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Science and Technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, Sichuan, China in 2021. He received nine awards, and also, worked as a Research Associate, Vice-Chairman of the UESTC Country League, and Country Representative of India during his Ph.D. at UESTC. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the IoT Research Center, College of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China during 2021-2023. He also worked as a visiting post-doctoral fellow in CVEST, at IIIT Hyderabad, India. Recently, he joined CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence as a Postdoctoral Fellow.

Dr. Heyat engaged in the area of detection, prediction, and identification of sleep disorders, neurological disorders, psycho-neurological human behaviors, and cardiovascular diseases. Currently, he is focusing on traditional and complementary medicine with AI and wearable devices.
