The Micro-electronics Lab is equipped with a complete suite of analog and digital integrated circuit design hardware and software, enabling independent chip simulation and design. We possess comprehensive chip and system testing equipment including chip packaging and die bonding machines, digital/analog test instruments, signal generators, digital logic analyzers, high-speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and noise figure analyzers. These resources allow for thorough testing and system construction of various chips.
