Guangda Hu received his B.Sc. in biological science (2021) and M.Sc. in developmental neurobiology (2024) from Wuhan University. His research is used to focus on neurodevelopmental biology and neural circuit tracing, using cutting-edge methods such as viral tracing, optogenetics, and RNA-seq analysis. He started his journey in CenBRAIN Neurotech Center in 2025 fall as Ph.D students.

Guangda Hu’s research centers on neurodevelopmental biology, with a focus on the molecular mechanisms guiding hippocampal neuron differentiation and circuit formation. He is experienced in several advanced neurobiological techniques. Presently, in CenBRAIN Neurotech, he is focusing on the understanding of the principle of biological neural network. He tries to connect the signal detected through engineering process with the insight from neuroscience.
