Jisong Yu, got his Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire, UK, and got the Master degree in Intelligent Robotics from the University of York, UK. He joined the Westlake Institute for Optoelectronics in March 2024 as an Assistant Engineer.

Jisong Yu is interested in the intersection of intelligent systems, robotics, and neuromorphic algorithms. He has extensive experience in developing algorithms for artificial intelligence applications. Currently, his main research interest lies in developing perception and decision-making models based on spiking neural networks and various applications. He is passionate about implementing neuromorphic intelligent systems, aiming to combine artificial intelligence for numerous applications.
