Professor Rashid Bashir visited CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence

On June 3rd, Professor Rashid Bashir, Dean of The Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, US, visited CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence this Monday. Chair Professor Mohamad Sawan accompanied him on a tour of our lab facilities, where we showcased our undertaken research program in system-on-chips based BCI, micro/nano biosensors, and organoids.

This visit is of great significance to us! As the Grainger Distinguished Chair in Engineering and Professor of Bioengineering at UIUC, Professor Bashir acknowledged our center’s academic principles and talent cultivation strategies during his visit. We look forward to fostering further collaborations with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign!
