Recently, Professor Mohamad Sawan’s team at Westlake University has achieved outstanding result at the IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS 2025), with six papers accepted. The team's acceptance rate of 83.33% far exceeds the conference’s average acceptance rate of around 49%, underscoring their significant contributions to the field.

As a premier global academic conference in circuits and systems, IEEE ISCAS brings together experts and scholars from around the world to explore advancements inintegrated circuits, signal processing, and intelligent systems. The six accepted papers from Professor Sawan’s team focus on biomedical circuits, neuromodulation, vision processing, and neuromorphic computing, highlighting CenBRAIN Neurotech’s extensive interdisciplinary expertise and continuous breakthroughs.

Under the guidance from Professor Mohamad Sawan, our team members work together to drive these excellent research progress in related fields. Key contributors include Research Associate Professor Jie Yang, Research Assistant Professor Razieh Eskandari, Ph.D students Hui Wu and Chaoming Fang, visiting student Yutao Mao, and the former visiting student Fengshi Tian. Some of these members are expected to attend ISCAS 2025 in London, UK, this May, where they will share their works with the global academic community.Stay tuned for more highlights from the conference!
